What You Should Eat for a Whole Body Reset

The answer to later-life weight gain largely lies in protein timing, according to the book The Whole Body Reset.
Reset button #1 - eat 25 to 30 grams of quality protein each meal. Top foods include fish and shellfish, eggs, poultry, lean meat.
Reset button #2 - enjoy fortified dairy foods 2 to 3 times per day. Top foods include milk, yogurt and kefir fortified with vitamin D, cheese, cottage cheese.
Reset button #3 - eat colorful fruits and vegetables at meals and snacks. Top foods include dark, leafy greens, red and orange vegetables, berries, tree fruits.
Reset button #4 - aim for at least 5 grams of fiber each meal. Top foods include whole wheat pasta, bread, tortillas, oats, brown rice, beans.
Reset button #5 - enjoy healthy fats. Top foods include seafood, oils, nuts, seeds, avocado and olives.
Reset button #6 - don't drink your calories or chemicals. Top calorie free drinks include water, unsweetened tea and coffee.
