Mark and Sean are joined by Paediatric Site Practitioner Gina Penfold to discuss her role in the NHS, managing people, resources and crises in some of London's biggest hospitals. They talk about keeping a team together when you only see each other 30 minutes at a time, the power of a good acronym, and how organisation structure can be one of support not hierarchy. They also talk a little coronavirus, and Gina reminds everyone that A&E is still operating, and safe even during this crisis.

There's NO I in Podcast is growing, but we would love to share this with as many people as possible, so if you enjoyed this, check out our other episodes, and tell your friends.
