I share parts of my own journey to discovering and utilizing beliefs and values in my cross-cultural humanitarian work, and Julius shares examples of how he works with beliefs in his community. We then dive into what happens for practitioners when they don’t have the space, time and opportunity to explore how external concepts fit and conflict with cultural beliefs and values, using examples from our work together.
