This episode is kind of a love note from my heart to yours. I share with you how I frame pain when it shows up in my body that allows me to remain grounded and to address it holistically.

I also share something personal that happened recently that can help any of us shift our understanding of pain and therefore, ease our suffering and our struggle.

Life offers us many opportunities to get close to what matters, whether that’s pain, a beautiful moment in nature or a meaningful conversation with another human. I hope this episode is another gentle opportunity for you reconnect to what matters.
