In this episode, I discuss a study that explores the impact of bad behaviour at work on the perpetrators sleep quality. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes evidence that committing counter productive work behaviours can turn out to be intrinsically distressing for the perpetrators and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice.
