Today, I'm bringing on Jeramiah Dickey, the Athletic Director at Boise State University, to share the inside scoop of what it's like to be an AD at a University in today's ever changing world of college athletics.

We'll discuss topics such as navigating the transfer portal. How can a school like Boise State keep up with those demands. We talk NIL and how to make sure we still are able to recruit (AND KEEP) the big named athletes who will help turn the program around. How do they stay competitive in regards to the salaries they pay their coaches? How do they increase budget and improve OTHER sports and how can we as fans help witht that?

Since Jeramiah has taken over at Boise State, there have been some massive changes, yet he always seems to find a way to overcome those and beat the odds. You'll hear today how he credits his amazing staff with a lot of this success! You don't want to miss it!
