Katherine is the founder of Love, Awareness and Purpose - a bilingual (Spanish and English) collective of Holistic Ayurvedic practitioners and friends from the community to provide wellness support through Assessments, Self Care and Group Talks/Classes. Katherine herself has been a Holistic Ayurvedic Practitioner, Mentor and Speaker for over a decade.

About Katherine Mesa:

Katherine has been in the practice and study of Holistic & Transpersonal Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual & Energetic Healing and within the Holistic Health field as a Practitioner since 2010. In late 2012, she has integrated her holistic studies and practice of Sacred Plant Medicines, along with Ayurvedic Medicine at the dhyana Center of Education and Chinese Medicine with Acupressure (Acupressure Institute) within her holistic practice and lifestyle. She has completed an Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 where she expands her work in being in service and reinforcing the tools of empowerment through movement of meditation and through dance.
