Stephen Simpson started off his career as an engineer, in the corporate world learning many aspects of construction and renovation, including negotiation. He started looking for ways to make additional money, including side hustles, etc and real estate was one thing he considered. He purchased his first residential property, and along the way completed about 12 deals for single family, student rentals and short term rentals. He realized that residential would not give him the financial freedom he desired, so he moved into commercial real estate. His corporate skills came in handy as he negotiated bigger deals than residential, and has not looked back.
