In this episode of the VetMed Mind, Rachel Teichberg and Meghan Bingham discuss her journey in helping improve processes for the people who help pets and set up their practices for success.
Meghan began her career in veterinary medicine over twenty-five years ago, progressing from Kennel to Technician, Receptionist, and finally Practice Manager, growing a practice from one vet to 12 doctors. She then became a Senior Operations Manager, aiding 25 Emergency, Urgent, and General Practices. Now with Granite Peak Associates, Meghan improves processes for veterinary practices. She holds a BA in Communications, a Certified Veterinary Practice Management Certification, and serves as Vice President of the Houston Veterinary Practice Managers Alliance.
