It's important to remember that your employees are a valuable asset. They are the ones who help to keep your business running, and they deserve to be treated with respect. That means providing fair compensation and benefits, creating a positive work environment, and valuing their contributions. When you treat your employees well, you not only show them that they are valued, but you also set the tone for how your business will be run. Employees who feel appreciated and valued are more likely to be productive and to stay with your company for the long term. So if you want to create a successful business, start by treating your employees right.

In this episode Alyssa and Larry talks about “Employees Worth” and how you should treat your employees as a business owner. Tune in to this episode and hear an actionable tips and ideas that you can leverage as an employee or an employer.

Today`s Goal: Take into account your own worth, because it's worth more than you think it is and for business owners to know what your employees are worth and to make sure that you're treating them the way that they should be treated.

Episode Highlight:

02:26 - Valuable employees are assets and I want you to keep that in mind as a business owner, but also if you're still in the nine to five, because that gives you a lot of leverage.

06:29 - As an employee, if you're good at what you do, and you have good standings with your employer gives you a lot of options, and a little bit more security.

07:02 - When you have an asset and do everything in your power to keep them because they know when they're not treated with respect, they know when they're valued, like their ideas aren't valued, they know when they're not respected, they know that they can do better, and somebody else is willing to acknowledge that they deserve better.

12:19 - We want you to realize how worthy you are and to know your worth and for business owners to know what your employees are worth and to make sure that you're treating them the way that they should be treated.
