Making Sense in Uncertain Times
Manage episode 336039712 series 3376939
Making sense of uncertain times and dealing with the feeling of uncertainty can be a difficult process. Today’s guest Alan Arnett is well versed in change and sensemaking, having held a TED talk on it and having worked in many organisations helping make sense of change I thought he’d be a great guest for the podcast. We talk about personal development coaching and growth through confusing and difficult times. During the coronavirus (covid 19) pandemic, the chaos of our times has become more evident. Many of us feel anxious and uncertain. Hopefully, this chat will help motivate you to make a meaningful change in your life and give you some practical tools on how to make a change, how to start making sense (sensemaking) of everything and how to begin to change your life if things don’t feel quite right for you. As Alan says “When life changes, make new plans!”
