'Feline Foul-Up' & 'Wiping His Way Into a Lawsuit'

First, the plaintiff says the defendant is her younger sister. She says she hired her sibling to care for her birds and fish for three weeks. When she got home, her fish tank was broken, the fish were dead, and the birds were missing. She alleges her sister brought her cat over and the feline went nuts. She’s suing her sister for all the chaos. The defendant says the tank was on a wobbly table, so it was an accident. She also blames the plaintiff for not telling her the birds’ wings were intact. She’s countersuing for acupuncture and massage fees for her traumatized cat.

Then, the plaintiff says he brought his car to the defendant’s shop for an exterior car wash, but the employee wiped down the interior and damaged his navigation screen. He’s suing for the repair cost. The defendant says the plaintiff returned five days after the car wash and threatened him. He refuses to be shaken down.
