Kim began wholesaling full-time about 2 years ago and has done 50+ transactions since. She used the money she saved to purchase her first property 1.5 years ago. It's a side-by-side duplex in Denver that she house hacks by living in one side with a roommate and mid-term renting the other. She has put a lot of renovations into both units and is now saving up again to invest in more cash-flowing rentals out of state!
