Praise for the Lord’s Mercies

A Psalm of David.

103 Bless the Lord, O my soul;

And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul,

And forget not all His benefits:

3 Who forgives all your iniquities,

Who heals all your diseases,

4 Who redeems your life from destruction,

Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,

5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things,

So that your

youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

PSALM 103:1 Bless the Lord Oh My Soul & All that is within me , Bless His Holy

Redeemeth Thy Life From Destruction…

Speaks of the Kinsman Redeemer in O.T. (GOEL) to redeem nearest blood

relative alive, had to redeem back the inheritance or Buy back from slavery

Jesus is our KR….he gave up His Inheritance for us!

Psalm 34:22 he LORD redeemeth the soul of his

servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

SATISFY = To Fill To the full, Be fulfilled, satiated..to have

in excess , abundance

·

Isaiah 58:11 The Lord will guide

you always;

he

will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land

and

will strengthen your frame.

You will be like a well-watered garden,

like

a spring whose waters never fail.

6 The Lord executes righteousness

And justice for all who are oppressed.

7 He made known His ways to Moses,

II Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal

priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the

continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God,

that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
