Growing up in inner-city Birmingham Cordell faced vast challenges around crime and drugs, he was expelled from school, moved to the Caribbean and spent a year in this new, raw environment. Since then he has progressed beyond all expectations and is now the founder of multiple successful businesses and an international social enterprise.

He has impacted and inspired thousands of lives with his story, which has gained him praise from his peers and notably King Charles III, Idris Elba, Lionel Richie and Sir Richard Branson.
