What does it take to make a great first impression? Does it take wit,confidence, or intelligence? What Separates job applicants who have great interviews from those who don’t?

The answers to these questions are not as daunting as you might think.

As recent college grads step out into the real world, there’s one skill that—when properly honed—can make all the difference in the hiring process: Phone interviews.

The phone interview is the first of many steps in the recruiting process and is often when job seekers make their first impressions.
