And Demetri said something that's very simple and it's very common, but it just made a lot of sense. He said, people are selfish and they care about what they care about. So you need to create things with the intention of the consumer as opposed to thinking of your own terms all the time. And so that's really true. And I think the same principle can be applied to business where if you just listen to the customer all the time and just consistently renovate your business based on what they need, you'll be very successful. Because most companies just go off of what they wanna do. And if the customer feels so satisfied and taken care of throughout the process, like they're the only customer, Man, they'll refer you to everybody in their neighbor.

And Demetri said something that's very simple and it's very common, but it just made a lot of sense. He said, people are selfish and they care about what they care about. So you need to create things with the intention of the consumer as opposed to thinking of your own terms all the time. And so that's really true. And I think the same principle can be applied to business where if you just listen to the customer all the time and just consistently renovate your business based on what they need, you'll be very successful. Because most companies just go off of what they wanna do. And if the customer feels so satisfied and taken care of throughout the process, like they're the only customer, Man, they'll refer you to everybody in their neighbor.

Michael Stearns | Ascend Digital Agency: yet the good thing about referral networking groups are that they're likely going to be ambitious and they're likely to be active on social media so if you can form an alliance with three or four people from a b and i group of people who have a good with optometrist it's like okay well this is they're not all optometrist get grab a few real estate agents grab a chiropractor grab all these people that are in these local community groups that are active and guess what you can form an alliance we recommend each other and then you got the social snowball effect you're welcome
