So many of us have conditioning around what it means to prioritize pleasure. When we’re young we get the messaging that pleasure is dirty or wrong, and as we get older we start to avoid the subject altogether because we feel disconnected from that part of ourselves.

But the truth is, a pleasured woman is an empowered woman - and it is VITAL to embrace this part of ourselves.
