We must take time for ourselves. Right? Lisa Wilkinson addresses self-care for university women and other clients. She is a wife, new mom and licensed couples and family therapist and consultant.

Lisa is the Executive Director of Life, Mind, Wellness & Associates Therapy Group. A recent spin-off is her Behavioral Health and Wellness Consulting business, at which she trains other clinicians on how to start their own practices.
