In this episode, Ryan talks about a flood in one of his newly built hotels, which affected the top floor penthouse, all the way down to the ground floor - 5 floors!
Multiple guests were trapped in the building after the power went off, the fire curtains came down, and the building was flooded.
Due to the sophisticated system (that failed), they were in the building for almost 4 hours. Here’s what we learnt from this experience, and what we know can be done to safeguard against this happening in the future.
