With a team of 15 under her direct management; both bricks and mortar stores in Cardiff and Beaumaris closed for the foreseeable future; and online sales that have been relentless in recent weeks (overtaking their Christmas orders and then some!); this is how the past two months have played out for Cole & Co, how Hannah's day-to-day priorities have been impacted as a result and why despite the natural fit and numerous recommendations, she hasn't added hand sanitiser to the company's offering...
