Claudia, a Chemical Engineer with a Masters from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Kentucky, shares her remarkable journey from Argentina to the US. Claudia's career includes a significant tenure at Lexmark International, where she first encountered SHPE as a recruiter at the 2007 National Convention. This experience led her to establish Kentucky's first professional chapter and eventually serve on SHPE's National Board of Directors during a pivotal time for the organization.
