Since graduating from Hampton University and relocating the Los Angeles, Miah works in casting by day and runs the lifestyle brand "Give Me A Minute" by night. Her journey has come with its twists and turns as work in the film and television industry was impacted by the pandemic in 2020 and halted again due to the SAG-AFTRA strike in 2023. As the dust continues to settle, Miah is able to continue doing what she loves while expanding her lifestyle brand and finding new ways to connect with her community.
