As you go along your life, it's easy to get caught up in the noise, hustle and bustle of everything going on. What I definitely encourage you to do is to slow everything down and to reflect in order to pay attention to what is and isn't working, what aligns and what doesn't, what needs to change etc.
You can do this with the situation you're in, the past week maybe or month, even the past year. Evaluating and having a look at it all is powerful and start to choose yourself in every scenario.
