Welcome to Spirit Says! In this first episode we talk about what spirituality means to us and how we both came to our own individual spiritual practices. We hope to promote positivity and well-being as well as the opportunity to provoke thought. We decided not to edit this episode and just keep it raw and real. We are newbies to the podcasting world but this endeavor is something we really want to do and we are excited to share it with you.
