In this episode we talk all things finance. So if you're in small business and you're experiencing financial challenges due to Covid, drought or other factors, you should definitely listen in. It's a juicy chat with Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS) business coach Court Sayer-Roberts about a wonderful new coaching program they're offering called 'Rewire' that's designed to support small businesses with FREE, independent, confidential support. The pilot program is available to small businesses located in the RFCS NSW-Southern Region area who have 19 employees or less, and are experiencing, or at risk of, financial hardship. In this chat Leonie and Court talk about some of the challenges small businesses in this region are experiencing in the current climate; the avenues of support, advice and funding available to them; how businesses can conduct their own financial health checks; steps for futureproofing their financials; signs to look out for to avoid trouble; and tips for helping businesses to thrive in these challenging times. It's a great chat full of so much helpful information that anyone in business will find incredibly valuable.
