A successful technique that I use to stay calm while under pressure or feeling anxious and stressed is to go within myself to a place of serenity and calmness so that my thought process becomes relaxed and isn’t affected by what going on externally and around me. I am then able to think clearly on what or how to act next and make the right decision because I am in the right frame of mind, pause when agitated stay calm until the anxiety stress or pressures passes then start working out what is the right decision or action to take next.
