We talked to Amma Marfo, a speaker and facilitator. Amma trains large corporations, nonprofits and college campuses around the idea of using creativity and finding ways your temperament can best work for you in the workplace. Amma is also the author of The I’s Have it, a book detailing the importance of understanding the roles introversion and extroversion should play in our society. We had a very insightful conversion around subjects like introverts vs extroverts, fundamental changes to career searching and STEAM vs STEM.
