It makes sense that we long for that sense of self as many of us are beginning to think about what “life after the pandemic” may look like. We’ve changed and grown. We’ve faced fears and stresses beyond our imaginations. And we will be stronger and more resilient for it. And yes, it’s hard. All (re)birth is.
