The short, with music by Washington, tells the cosmic journey of sacred youth, during which pain, pleasure, and sublimation are non-negotiable. The Sundance Film Festival celebrates the short form worldwide, from the high mountains of Park City to the online realm. The Festival’s Short Film Program has long been established as a place to discover talented directors, such as past alums Andrea Arnold, Damien Chazelle, Cary Fukunaga, Debra Granik, Todd Haynes, Terence Nance, Lynne Ramsay, Dee Rees, Jill Soloway, Taika Waititi, and many others.
