Holly Bailey, founder of Play Like A Girl Australia, was raised in a high-pressure sporting environment where she learned the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance from a very young age. She was a top netballer & VFL star, and now has over 14 years of professional experience supporting high-level executives, and has been a community builder in several organisations.
On this episode we dive into how playing like a girl is a power move not a derogatory sledge, how women can become better advocates for themselves and techniques to tackle limiting self-beliefs. We talk about "superstitions" when playing sports and Holly shares her personal favourites.
