Chris Boyer, the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Strategic Brand Management at North Carolina State University, a division that works "to strategically steward, elevate and monetize one of our university's most valuable assets: the NC State brand". Part of that strategy has been partnerships with companies such as New Belgium, which makes Old Tuffy beer. Today Chris shares his insights into what makes a partnership work and what type of companies higher educational systems should be working with.
