For instance, there's a massive development in the Bruce Peninsula area turning 60 acres into a mix of residential units, which is quite the endeavor in the current climate.
Lastly, I dive into my activities in Florida, where we're seeing traction with several properties. It's about staying diligent, negotiating where possible, and leveraging opportunities to maximize returns.
