I had a deep and intense conversation with Jonathan who spoke up about the effects that depression can cause suicide in all age groups and also spoke up about his own experience facing depression and having suicidal thoughts and attempts. I would advise my listeners to not listen to this if you suffer from suicidal thoughts unless you are with a trusted person that you can have a conversation after this episode
Jonathan was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Joined the US Army at 19. He has a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), a bachelor's in Information Technology. Also, he has a 2-year Certificate in Pastoral Leadership. Jonathan's passion is to see something or someone being transformed and reach their true potential. Whether he is working on building some wood furniture around the house or investing time building a new relationship. He is always looking forward to seeing how that piece turned into a masterpiece.
