This is a bit of a shorter one and was recorded almost immediately after getting home from some challenging travel. I decided I wanted to share a bit about a different type of bind - the feeling of being bound up within.
Perhaps better put as the experience of not having a whole lot of internal space. Anyway, I shared a bit about how that works in me, and some practices that I use when I'm navigating that kind of experience (and, you can imagine, I used on the trip I was just on).
