Something I hear from people who are interested in doing my program, but are hesitant..."I just don't think I have time to attend the meetings and post in the group. It just seems too much of a time commitment."

And I get that.

Meet Shawn....

Shawn is a member of The Breakthrough Membership and she decided when she joined that she was going to do the program in a way that was going to fit into her busy life.

She is an esthetician and has a full schedule of clients, and posting in the group and attending meetings just wasn't going to work for her.

In this week’s podcast, Shawn outlines specifically what she did to stop dieting, end her cycle of binge eating, and lose 45 pounds in 9 months.
