Christine Chappell is the author of Midnight Mercies: Walking with God Through Depression in Motherhood (October 2023), Help! I've Been Diagnosed with a Mental Disorder, Help! My Teen is Depressed, and Clean Home, Messy Heart: Promises of Renewal, Hope, and Change for Overwhelmed Moms. She is a certified biblical counselor and currently serves as the Outreach Director and Hope + Help Podcast Host for the Institute for Biblical Counseling & Discipleship. Her writing has been featured at Desiring God, The Gospel Coalition, Risen Motherhood, and other Christian platforms. Christine lives in South Carolina with her husband and three children.
