Nigeria Talley begins the show by sharing her background. Carta’s community efforts currently are de-centralized, spanning different platforms and channels, yet focus on showing up authentically and focusing on being inclusive. The two tenants of their community are inclusivity, generosity, and partnership, helping everyone by making resources available and supporting them.
