Rusty is an inspirational keynote speaker, executive coach, and tennis professional based in Honolulu, Hawaii. From 1994 through 2015, he was a high school tennis coach, where he led his teams to an unprecedented 22 consecutive state championships, a national record in all sports that stands to this day! He's also the host of the televised series Beyond the Lines and the author of three books, including his newest release Superior: Creating a Superior Culture of Excellence.

We're going to be talking about superior performance and how to create a culture steeped in this idea. Everyone knows that I love a good framework - and Rusty's book has FOUR! You're gonna get a lot of really useful gems today, some truly astonishing stories - there are ELEVEN folks (that Rusty knows of) who are still on this earth because of Rusty and his ideas. Plus, Rusty's just a great dude.
