If you know me, you know how much I believe confidence is an inside job. You benefit from learning to observe your thoughts and create thoughts that are supportive and create action that brings results. To do this is takes time, practice, and often times and outsider to help you see the thoughts that are preventing you from being your best YOU.

This episode will NOT be talking about all the internal thought work to be done. Today we are going to talk about physical things you can do to get a quick injection of confidence. How could quick injections of confidence be beneficial to you?

  1. You just want to feel better because you are tired of feeling down or low energy.
  2. You could be getting ready for an interview and need to look and feel your best.
  3. You have a date or introduction of some sort. Meeting someone for the first time.
  4. You are reuniting with old friends or family you haven’t see in a long time and what to look and feel your best.
  5. The possibilities are truly endless – what other reasons are you committed to looking and feeling your best.
