Blood sets are operating openly in many cities across the U.S. and in the current climate many departments have disbanded their gang units. This has caused the gang violence to increase. The only way to reduce it is full disruption via proactive units, intelligence sharing, and rapport building. Help those who want out. Focus on those who want violence. Educate yourself on the entire Blood culture from West Coast blocks to East Coast nations, sets, bloodlines, hand signs, rank structure, symbols, lingo, etc. Communities and families are suffering.
