The business case for supporting the rights of LGBT people is not just political correctness in the human resources department. Multinationals operating in parts of the world where LGBT people are discriminated against know this is a real and urgent issue for some of their employees, whose lives may be at stake. So Jon Miller of the Brunswick Group tells Matthew Bishop in our third Pride & Prejudice podcast, which explores why leading multinational firms have formed Open for Business, a global coalition to campaign for LGBT rights.
