In the latter role, Tom was tasked with bringing investors and residents to Songdo IBD - the 1,500 acre $35-billion, smart, sustainable city rising in Incheon, South Korea. Tom was also a leader on the joint master plan development task force for the 1,700-acre Meixi Lake Eco- City project in Changsha, Hunan, PRC.
