In Diddy's second attempt to secure bail while awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, his legal team proposed a $50 million package. This included using his mansion on Star Island as collateral and agreeing to home detention with GPS monitoring. His lawyers also suggested restrictions on visitors, limiting them to family and non-co-conspirators. Despite these conditions, the judge denied the request, citing concerns that Diddy remains a danger to the community and a potential flight risk​.
