February is Medication Safety Awareness Month at the Trust so to find out more about this, we chat to Sarah Abdul-Amir and Sarah Newman from the pharmacy team.
The pair talk about medication safety, safeguarding measures you can take and the importance of awareness. They also explain what the 5 Rs are when it comes to medication safety.
