Many of you will have heard of Ikigai, the Japanese concept of aligning our lives to our purpose, something I am deeply involved with at the moment on my coaching programmes. Hector has written two of the best selling books on this topic, and is based in Japan himself. In this conversation, I get into areas of the methods that Hector suggests, but also does himself.
