In a society that is polluted with rigid, black & white patterns of thought and behavior, we are in utter need of transcending the poles and building bridges. In today's episode, I highlight the pattern that is at play and provide insight into how we might be able to begin building the bridges of integration and bringing together the isolated parts within ourselves and within our society.
