Selena discusses her progression in music from singing for her parents' friends as a kid to winning talent shows in university, doing music for film, finding herself as a writer, discrimination she's faced as a woman in the music industry, mental health, how traveling to New York and South Africa inspired her music, and crossing over into voice acting work. Kevin shares how he improved as an athlete, his dad's time spent with West Ham United's youth club, applying to sports programs at different universities and playing soccer in the NCAA, and what it was like having his father also be his toughest coach.
