The tips I shared are 1. Follow body positive profiles. 2. Retrain your brain on what beautiful looks like. 3. For each negative thought you have about your body, come up with 3 things you love about yourself. 4. Post positive affirmations. 5. Recognize and thank your body for all the amazing things it does.
