Dr. Mark Williams is an internationally recognized professor of cognitive neuroscience. He has been at the cutting edge of developing computational brain imaging analysis and virtual reality in research. Having worked at MIT and taught at other notable universities, today he joins me by way of Australia to discuss neuroplasticity and how to get the most out of your brain. His new book, “The Connected Species: How Understanding the Evolution of our Brain Can Change The World” comes out in August of 2023.
